Where is the talk of the copyright litigation this opens Google up to? JL mentioned that the journal discussed it but it looks like Mr. Market is shrugging it off. What are the longest puts available for GOOG?

Yeah, this is an interesting thing to note. Plus, nobody seems to care that google used its stock to buy YouTube - Ritholtz correctly indicated that this was essentially free for Google, as a result. It's a little bubble-reminiscient. I think Google is actually years away from understanding how to monetize YouTube.
Good thing you didn't run out and short the GOOG :-)
